Prawn & Pork Potstickers


Gyoza or pan-fried dumplings are filled with minced pork, chopped vegetables and prawns. Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, sear frozen potstickers for 3 minutes flat side down. Add 5 tbsp of water, cover pan with a lid and cook for a further 5 minutes until water is evaporated.  Remove lid and sear the base until golden brown.

Serve with soy sauce or a dipping sauce made with vinegar, garlic ginger and sesame oil.
