Red Emperor is a demersal offshore species that inhabit tropical waters from the Gascoyne, Pilbara and Kimberly coastline of WA.

Boneless fillets are individually vacuumed sealed, scaled with the skin on imported from Indonesia.

Red Emperor is a superb eating fish with firm white flesh and a medium to large flake.

Fillets are moist and succulent with an excellent sweet sea flavour that is enhanced by Asian flavours. A delicious fish eaten hot or cold.
