Rosy Threadfin Bream are small fish only growing to around 25cm in length. They inhabit predominantly sandy and muddy bottoms in depths 20-100m off our Pilbra coast.
Also known as whiptail breams and false snappers. Sometimes sold as baby snapper.
Small, boneless fillets with a fine textured flesh and sweet delicate flavour. The pink/silvery skin is thin, edible and nutritious.
