Delicious hoki flesh coated in a crunchy breadcrumb ideal for children. A quick and easy snack that can be ready in minutes. Oven bake in a fan forced oven heated to 180C, spread evenly on a lined baking tray and cook for 14 minutes. Alternatively deep fry in oil heated to 180C for 3 1/2 minutes.
