Tasty fish cakes made from premium New Zealand salmon mixed with onion, corn, carrot and broccoli in a golden crispy crumb.

Deep fry: 180C for 4-4.5 minutes. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220C and bake for 8-10 minutes each side. Pan Fry: Cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes each side.
