Atlantic Cod

Atlantic cod is a cold water species that primarily inhabit the ocean floor where the temperature is less than 10 degrees Centigrade.

Cod typically weigh between 5-12kg and are caught in the pristine waters of Greenland by modern, hi tech ocean trawlers. Fish are processed and snap frozen at sea.

The Greenland cod fishery is sustainably managed and accounts for less than 2% of the world’s total cod catch.
