Mullet have a strong, distinctive flavour with soft to medium texture. Mullet taste delicious smoked, baked and grilled. Mullet roe is considered a delicacy.

Our Mandurah mullet fillets are skin-on but scaled from medium size fish. We vacuum pack them and are sold in random packs of 3-6 fillets.
