Rankin Cod is endemic to the warm coastal waters of WA stretching from the Abrolhos Islands up to the Dampier Peninsula.

Sometimes called a White Blotched Rock Cod their distinctive markings fade with age.

Boneless fillets are vacuum sealed as entire fillets as well in smaller portioned pieces. A highly prized table fish with thick juicy flakes and low oiliness.

Fillets are delicious fried, barbequed or steamed.
